Terrible Stay

It was very bad , I have paid , room was very bad it’s totally closed with no ventilation, there was a window shape glass, when I open it , there was nothing , it’s totally dark room , no ventilation and no outside light!! I immediately called reception to checked , they said I can not do anything ma’am you have to stay here only , we don’t have option, I told them are you serious guy,is it look like 6500 room , they said I can not help you sorry!! It was worst experience of my life in a hotel room like this so we stayed there with open door with whole night because I was feeling claustrophobia, so I checked out in very early morning , I want my refund seriously
