location is very good, food is ok but limited in MAP, amenities and services are average and need to upgrade.

Location good, but they have a nearby guest house where I was made to stay and not in the hotel building. The approach to the guest house was very bad. The rooms were average, no net and intercom connectivity.

it felt like a cutting cost by the hotel owner on every small thing..no mineral water bottle in the room.. breakfast menu very limited and that too quantity kept in the buffet is so less.. staff behaviour is not also upto the mark.. resistance and reluctance is felt..

The room was cozy and the staff were friendly. But the food we ordered for dinner could've been better. e. g.the chicken 65, the pieces were very small and only 8 pcs. The breakfast spread and taste were good.

Initially, I was given a room in a separate building quite far from the main hotel, with no lift and steep stairs. When I objected, they upgraded me to a room in the main building, but the room was not clean. However, the bigger issue was the lack of basic amenities. Despite repeated requests, I was not provided with a towel, bathroom slippers, or a clean glass. The water bottle and glasses in the room were also unclean. The experience was frustrating, and I expect better from a hotel. Hopefully, they'll improve their services. *Key Issues:* - Room location and accessibility - Cleanliness and amenities (towel, slippers, clean glass) *Advice:* Be prepared for potential issues and request a room in the main building. Maybe ask for basic amenities multiple times, but honestly, it's surprising these aren't standard.

Worst Hotel, No proper Ambience, Crockroajes, maintenance very poor. Reception Guy no responsible for what they say. Worst Structure of Rooms. Foods are not good spoiled....!! Showing name and Google photo is different, inside experience is worst...!!

Very poor room and condition. No dental kit, no proper soap and things, no kettle, no tea/coffee maker. Very poor service as well

Raj palace hotel is centrally located in T Nagar of the Chennai City. Very convenient location for railway station and airport and bus station. Food is awesome and family oriented hotel.

I’m booking raj palace but they given stay other small hotel and room inside some cockroach’s there bed linen stains wash room ok and service not gud reception person interacting need to improve

Service so poor room was smelly like anything Riceptionist are so rude and also careless while check in

Room is good and spacious. Room allocated in another building of same property but doesn't have lift facility which was a challenge for aged people. overall value for money and staffs are very friendly.

Worst Hotel Experience – Left in 15 Minutes! Checked in and was immediately hit by a strong spray smell, likely from cockroach or pest control. Found signs of bed bugs on the bed and overall very poor hygiene. I left within 15 minutes, losing my booking money. Absolutely unacceptable — will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid

Hotel is good and food is also good. Need to improve little bit on service and packed water bottles need to provide.
