Excellent receiving by front office, maintenance of rooms are excellent . Staff treatment is good. Food is also excellent, nearer to shopping and temples.

The service needs a lot of improvement, there are many hassles with the support. restaurant rudely told us there is no food when we arrived at 4pm, the parking and management was horrible, no one understands English. the room is maintained well and there was only one person with a smiling face willing to carry luggage, others just not up to the mark.

Great and comfortable rooms, good breakfast spread, convenient dining downstairs. Excellent choice for a quick stay during the temple tour. The service from all staffs was amazing. Ms. Jothi from front office, Mr. Prabhu, Mr. Prabhakaran and Ms. Nandhini from the restaurant always provided service with a smile. A special mention of Mr. Santhosh, who was an encyclopaedia of information about the region and took out the time to assist us in planning the perfect itinerary. In summary, great rooms and excellent service by staffs!

The service was good, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was nice. The food was decent, though there is scope for improvement in taste and variety. Overall, a good option for a comfortable stay in Kumbakonam.

location is good Food.... excellent Facilities.... basic daily consumables were not provided or refilled properly A/c remote was not there. We had to ask for that. Washroom door was jammed during checkin itself and we had to call them for repair Indoor dining....our calls were not picked up immediately. We had to try n number of times. Though we had put clean my room tag...it was not done upto the mark

I stayed with my brother and parents for two days. The stay very comfortable. The service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They took care of all our requests with promptness.

I came here with my wife for Navgraha Temple and Kumbakonam -Tanjavur Temple visit. earlier I came with my sister. Quality Inn Viha has got the most courteous staff and such neat and clean rooms that there can be absolutely no complaints. it is an excellent hotel to stay. I would recommend to all the people who wish to go ahead for Kimbhakonam Visit.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. Parking was a challenge, and the room and toilet could benefit from a bit more space. Despite these minor drawbacks, i would still recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and excellent cuisine.

Room was very noisy from traffic sound. Very limited parking, just a few slots which were mostly taken. Food was very bland on one of the three days. It was so bland that i had to find a place outside to eat.
