Food quality not good. Service ok.

The rooms very spacious and good Washroom was nice and beds were comfortable Food was also good for breakfast And we also had the EV car which they allowed to charge

Was denied a room at check in because the hotel wanted to give the room to some other guests from Air India They wanted to move me at 7pm to another hotel ABN close by when I denied and made an argument about it they agreed to give a room all this fuss despite of being a pre booked room and paid in advance Bathrooms with no hand towels only a single bath towel drinking water was refilled glass bottles with improper caps The guest has to refill water from the dispensers in the corridor Dental Kit was an empty box No Shampoo No Conditioner hand wash and body wash was the same liquid soap

Was a nice stay near Bengaluru airport. Anybody looking for a decent stay with family and those who have to board early morning flight this hotel is worth considering. Mc Donald nearby is also a plus.. Overall a nice place

Most of the staff are untrained. Only Ms Kavita from front office is someone who come across with hospitality and customer management experience. Rooms are designed good and very spacious. Beds are very low and uncomfortable for long stay as was mine of 10 days. Washrooms has bad smell dues to bad exhaust and shaft. Housekeeping area which needs training from grooming, to hygiene, room cleaning checklist etc. customer laundry is managed well. But many times Housekeeping will use same bed linen because they don’t receive laundry before room is serviced. Food is not so good compare to charges. However surrounding lot of restaurant options available. F&B service team is good.

Property was good, clean and spacious Property food was expensive and the taste was very mediocre Facilities and hotel location was pretty easy to find.

The stay was short but fine There were good food amenities . The location is easily accessible to city and the airport next time for will prefer to stay there

wash rooms are Terrific and Completely dissatisfied. also The price before the day i checked in was only half of the amount.

Hotel location is good close to airport. Lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect transit hotel. Staff is friendly and co-operative. Hotel has its own restaurant and small cosy cafe too but get closed by night 10pm. Located in peaceful place . Overall experience was great no complaints. Good hotel for family and couples too.

Rooms were very very spacious given the price. Even bigger than the 5 star ones. Service was fast and excellent. Every one was courteous and kind right from security to reception to service boys. Food was good in taste and value for money. Location is good although shows wrong on MMT app. Cons. Sofa was a bit dirty with water patches like stains on it. Towels were not available in the washroom. However were provided within monutes of bringing it to their notice. Else it was an excellent stay.

Highly unprofessional set up. Staff dont care. Unclean kitchen area. Please stay at bloom which is beside this property. Far better for a transit hotel

Worst hotel. Never expected such bad behaviour and absolutely no security. Same room alloted to different people along with key. While we are in the room, another person unlocks and gets in. Never expected this security and privacy threat in a hotel. And the worst behaviour is from hotel GM who is a lady, forgot her name. Pathetic service and quite risky to stay. Avoid if u r with family.

The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Amenities were decent. Proximity to airport is a plus.

Good hotel near to airport. Had pleasant stay with family . rooms were big. Good hotels near by. worth for money.
