Location is good and facilities is also good, food is having limited north Indian Food

Well I select this hotel because it is closer to highway and have been staying at this property since 2020 whenever I come to palakkad. Offlate I fine the linen quality getting very poor and it's not cleaned properly. Evening pillows smell is very bad.

The staff were very friendly and polite, which was the only positive side of the stay. However, the room was not worth the price. It wasn’t smelly, but there was an excessive amount of dust everywhere. The moment the fan was switched on, the dust spread all over, making it very uncomfortable to breathe — causing irritation in the nose and mouth. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Nothing exceptional, but definitely a decent stay and good breakfast is provided. However, the dinner could have been a lot better.

I've stayed during my visit to my hometown and Its in the place nearby to the town where everything is easily accessible. Stay was good but there are few things to improve like charging points aren't working properly and there was a noise from the restroom wash area's pipe. Checkin was easy staffs are good and Cool. Overall It's a good place to stay.

The room was not as expected...The bathroom was unhygienic and it was broken...in the room one small dim light was only working....remaining lights were not working...A/C was not working properly...There were no toiletories provided but while booking it was mentioned as it will be provided..When we informed room condition in reception they said the owner is not available on that day so they can't do anything and didn't satisfy our request.Makemytrip has also tried to contact them but they didn't respond.The customer service was poor and room was also unhygienic.My overall experience is poor and i got trapped there for 2 days because i thought the service will be good and already booked for two days.I won't suggest here.The hotel atmosphere can be improved with well behaving staffs and repairing the electric appliances.TV was just kept there it was also not working.

bathrooms to be kept neat , it use to be a better hotel but I see a drop in quality. hence pls pay more attention

Nice room @ service. Bathroom also big. Parking is good. Nice experience.
