New Shankar International

I booked 02 rooms in this hotel by choosing sea facing rooms as mentioned in room category, but sea facing rooms were not provided. I doubt there may be no sea facing room is available. Hotel rooms are very much old and having wear & tear every where. AC of the hotel is non functioning as they never takes servicing may be. Bathroom is dirty and unpleasant odour persists continuously as no exhaust is available. TV & Geisure of the rooms are only for show piece purpose, as the same are also non-functional. During the whole stay you won’t get any service. Even normal room cleaning and bed sheed change etc. not performed. Gate of the hotel is closed very frequently, if you go to beach early morning for visit of sunrise and for any emergency return to hotel, you might face closure of hotel main gate. There is no provision of aquagard for drinking water .I recommend every one not to book this hotel at any condition otherwise many inconveniences may be faced.

Rude behaviour of hotel staff’s And poor quality & quantity foods in room service

it was the dirtiest place , I ever stayed. The wash room was so dirty, the staff was not listening. repeated requests, tv, geyser and intercom was not made functional. I had to run office for small issues. I feel, this hotel does not deserve the affiliation with MMT. I have widely traveled with MMT and always were totally satisfied. Please ask hotel management to refund my amount.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and all the facilities were great. The best part is that it’s just a short walk from the sea beach. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation!

Ritu ma'am was good at handling customers. Infrastructure is good, there can be little improvement required for service. Overall it was a good stay near the beach with close vicinity and walkable distance.

The stay was fine the room we booked had some issue but the crew memember helped with the other one the service was fine.. particularyly ritu was quite helpful

Clean and spacious rooms, very helpful staff, especially Ritu madam is really helpful. The location of the hotel is right next to the beach.

The location is very good, but please note that construction work is ongoing inside the property. On the other hand, the staff and food are delightful.
