Nice hotel at a great location. Nearby all places are nearby to the hotel and staff are very polite.

The staff behaviour was unprofessional, the food quality was extremely poor, and the overall services were far below basic standards. Rooms and hospitality did not match what was shown

we had stayed for 2nights and 1st night in room 2011.it was like sleeping on the Xavier roads with all nosies audible till 2.30pm and again started back at 5 am.then requested for room change and they gave 3008.this room was silent but the mattress was really bad and ended up with body pains and its not price they are charging at 10k per night.which doesn't deserve nothing more than 3k or 4k max.

Rooms are best but some things i dont like , like door lock was not lock properly, towels are not wash properly they were smelled, customer help desk was great.

It was the fantastic experience of staying in the New hotel broadway, as it was my first time stay in the hotel but everything was so good that I didn't feel that I stayed first time in the property .So with lots of best wishes to all the staff members .

Good but the room was very small. The food price and taste is very good. Overall it’s a good budget property in a convininent location.

Rooms as well as beds are too small. after night stay neither room was cleaned nor even water bottles were provided... had to ask for everything. Breakfast was also average. Amenities like dental, kit, shaving kit, comb, bathroom sleepers were not provided and had to ask for everything.

Rooms vere cosy and breakfast was exellant. Overall every thing including staff is good indeed.

Good location but very untidy and dingy rooms. The linens were dirty and washroom was stinking.

Location is good, although getting to ghat and temple is a challenge since its 2 kms from there and there are other hotels, cheaper closer and better.
