I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room provided was not in good condition, and the bathroom door was not working. When I requested a room change, the new room also had issues — there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory.

they charge for early check in also blanket is not good, there is very small soap, etc.......... ......

Experience was so terrible. No towels in washroom washroom was not clean bedsheet was dusty. Person sitting on reception was closing the electricity connection whenever we go outside and asking when we return back to switch it on again which was so disturbing.

I book 2 rooms but both rooms have different size and furniture and bathroom both rooms toilet is poor. Cleaning is good staff is polite but bathroom is not good. And room lights not working properly.

I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Narayans leela in Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean .The hotel’s location is perfect

Nice experience but rooms are not hygienic. Not ideal for family only single traveller can stay. Facilities are not available as mention. Untidy rooms and staff is not supportive.

Overall good experience ... Location and services are nice ....... BUT you Should provide early check in facility without any EXTRA CHARGE....... Overall experience was good... Service was also nice ..... But I pay extra charges for early check in.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff and great privacy, good amenities, good food in the restaurant and great location. every major tourist attraction within close reach.

ROOM WAS NEAT AND CLEAN GOT ALL THE FACILITIES STAFFS BEHAVIOUR WAS FINE AND GAVE ALL THE SERVICES WHICH EVER MENTIONED ON THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Behaviour of the staff was good and the hotel was clean and no hassle during check in or check out and all the amenities were provided.

Many of my things are stolen. The staff are thieves. The worst experience. do not book this hotel. Very bad hotel.

In this price range it's above excellent.. location ,view,room size, amenities, cleanliness,all are excellent
