My stay at MPT Highland in Panchmarhi was really blissful. The staff was very polite and friendly. Mr Deepak assistant manager is a very good person. The restaurant staff is also very polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall ambience was exquisite. My whole family enjoyed the stay. The only issue was wifi not working..

The stay at MPT Highlands was truly memorable! The staff was very polite and helpful, making our visit even more pleasant. The location of the resort is perfect — it’s the first resort you see when you enter Pachmarhi, which is very convenient. We visited with our full family — a group of 12 — and everyone had a wonderful time. The small indoor sports facility was a great way to spend quality time together. We enjoyed playing carrom, chess, pool, and table tennis. The food was delicious and the buffet system offered good variety. The rooms were spacious and included a separate dressing area, which was very convenient for families. Overall, we had a superb experience and would highly recommend MPT Highlands to anyone visiting Pachmarhi!

we stayed for one night with family and booked 2 rooms, we had a very wonderful experience, The rooms are very well maintained with all the required amenities. only need to improve bathroom cleaning as it is not up to the mark as compared to room tariffs they charge, otherwise everything is superb including Food ,room service, buffet ,play area ,,,,all amazing Thanks MPT highland

Food was good , location was perfect and near to few of the tourist spots, Wifi was not working. Frequent power cuts were there although power backup was provided after 5 mins.

at first it was a horrible experience as we have to wait for 1 hour outside the gate bcz the door was closed.No guards were there and even no person was seen inside.Then we started calling the number which were mentioned on their hotel page but all the nos were of different hotels.Then we called helpline no to resolve our problem,but still the hotel management didn't picked their call.Then we waited for one hour and finally hotel staff waked up and we were permitted inside.As we walked inside there was no room available so they made us stay in guest room for half and hour.and after that we got the room.Though we had a seriously tiring welcome on the first day but the hospitality which we received thereafter was good .

Wonderful Resort but towards the outer side of City Centre

It's a wonderful Resort in terms of cleanliness, staff response but lies on outskirts of City Centre. Jio network is very weak & free Wifi is not very strong. Gypsy drivers are reluctant to visit it multiple times due to the same reason. Also the breakfast & dinner buffet are good. I've already done it on your App
