Moreish Stay | Rooms with Mountain view

Stay was comfortable with all necessary amenities. The room wasn’t as clean as expected on arrival. The view from the room was beautiful. It was a 15 min walk from Beas bridge and on a steep incline so it was tough to reach the property with all our bags. The staff was very helpful and kind. The puppy was the cherry on the cake!

The property was well maintained and located at the good point which make convenient for us to travel to the palaces and saves our lot of time and also the other facilities are too good and polite staff

Their hospitality was really good ,,, they were able to sense and understand customers needs and wants clearly

The staff of the hotel is very polite and cooperative & room was good but food facilities were not available in the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful. It rained and they give us their umbrella to use. Tea was superb. Water got stopped from authorities but staff even provided water on 2nd floor through buckets. They tried everything to make our stay comfortable. Even u come late in hotel after visiting mall road at 1am. No hustle entering and hotel.

I went here on a trip and booked a private room. I had an amazing experience. People were extremely hospitable and helpful. They always helped if we needed to find places around. The location is so close to so many happening places in Manali .I would highly recommend this place .

Service phone is not working every time i need to call a guy for a tea and room cleaniness, Meal is not available in hotel even for breakfast sandwich and other simple fast food is not there but mountain view is really good and location of the hotel is good easily reachable overall exp is average.

Our stay in this property is not good. No kitchen facility, even didnt get basic amenities. Only one person is available for room service.

very spacious and neat and clean room with basic amenities like water bottle, kettle and toiletries- soap and shampoo. Room also has geyser and wifi. they also provided two blankets which was enough for -2 degree temp. You can take heater for additional 300 per day. It would be better if the room had a cloth hanger as well. also kitchen is there only for staff. The best part was the location of this property- it is at walking distance from the mall road which provides a peaceful environment without any traffic disturbance and snow packed mountains can be seen right from your bed. The room has 2 side glass and one has access to balcony. The staff is very cooperative and they provided complementary pickup from volvo bus stand which otherwise cost around 200-300
