Decent simple hotel and value for money, dont expect high fi things, wifi is very good

This is my second stay (and review) in last few days. Great location, very good staff and I will probably pick up this hotel whenever I am in Madurai next. Not a very fancy hotel, but clean rooms and very good value for the money. Railway station, Meenakshi Amman temple, Arulmigu Koodal Azhagar temple are all within 10 minutes walking distance. Very good restaurant options nearby as well.

position is very good it's right in the middle of the market & Temple is 1 KM away but the rooms are too small and congested keeping the price in mind.

Great location - 5 minutes walk from Railway station and 8 minutes from Meenakshi temple. not super luxurious, but very clean rooms and washrooms. Very responsive staff and overall very good value for the money you will pay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything about my experience was excellent. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The location was perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Was a pilgrimage trip... The hotel was more than a kilometre away from madurai meenakshiamman temple entrance, and not that near as said. A congested entrance with no parking facility for self driven car. However the staff was courteous enough to arrange a paid parking nearby ( ~100 mtrs away). No facility for food, hence will have to fend for oneself or will have to depend on a staff. Room was average, clean, had a kettle but no tea/ coffee kit Bathroom had below average maintenance and was a bit smelly. Towels, dental kit and soap were provided an were good

Madurai and tirunelveli rooms are good also food very good

Right in the middle of the markets, shops the hotel is centrally located. The staff were very helpful. Rooms, amenities, everything was great. Strongly recommend for Madurai stay

Rooms are clean and hygienic. Nearby restaurants are there. Meenakshi Amman temple is just 10min away from the place.

The property is in on a busy road with lot of traffic. Not easy to access as your vehicle will be blocking the traffic. Amenities are ok. Customer service can be improved. Always appreciate language skills other than their mother tongue.

Location is good. Not near to Main temple. Staff is less cooperative. I wanted to extend my stay by 1 day. I asked the receptionist, he told that he will inform by 5pm on call, but he did not call. At night, when I asked he told me to pay an amount value to pay, then I asked him to check if its possible to keep 1 room only, then he said he will call in 30 mins and confirm. But he did not call. Next morning, when I asked they increased the price by 1000/-, I still agreed. Then when I was in temple queue, they constantly called me to pay the amount immediately , I told them that I am already staying in the rooms, why I cannot pay when I come back to hotel. It was all very unfriendly behaviour which I did not like.

Had a nice stay, room is good for the price I paid. Close to the railway station, so easy access.

The rooms were pretty much ok but didnt have hot water in the bath rooma, also there is no parking on site. Good thing ia the close proximity to the Railway staion and temple.the hotel dint have a restaurant but lot of options around the place. Overall its ok.

room atmosphere is ok but daily cleaning is must but they have failed cleaning on daily basis.not even a single day takesplace
