3rd callas very poor service no water supply in washroom room is very dirty breakfast is not good

It’s more of a Budget Hotel! Room size is ok! Washroom has shower but no tap! Don’t go for any upgrade which may be suggested by MMT at the time of booking, as the room size remains the same! Location is good since lot of eating outlets and shopping area and PVR very close by

Location is very good. Room was very good and comfortable. Staff is also quite helpful. It was worth the money.

The General maintenance of the property is average and service is very poor. The breakfast item south Indian idly vada quality was very bad no body can eat. Dinner served was average.

Excellent stay prime location just perfect for a family stay, near motera stadium food also good at the restaurant

The property was pathetic. location was ok Food was ok In the name of amenities and service, this hotel should be fined. No staff is there to help,the AC was not working, toilet flush was not working, no toiletries were there, shower was like a tip tip water tap.it was such a horrible experience. Negative star for this property.

very nice stay, with clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very good, location is also good. overall very good services

the room and bed size was very small as compared to visible in photos. the Property was not maintained in proper condition. photos shown at the portal are not actual reflection of Property at present. very high price as compared to facilities and other ambience provided. labelled as 3 star hotel but not meeting evening standards of 2 star. good point is only its location and surrounding market area.

It was excellent and good. Food was good and nice. The staff was polite and calm

Location is good with Mall and eateries nearby. However the atmosphere in the hotel is very dull. Nothing worth mentioning. The reception is not attractive. The sofa kept in the reception area have got clothes as cover. Hardly any service and all items like toiletries had to be demanded. Rooms where OK but again phones, TV not working.

The stay was very good, along with the location being close to Motera Stadium. Very convenient to stay and travel to. Highly recommended.

Very pathetic rooms. Had to remind at least three times for a single request. The reception would not answer the calls until you called again and again. Dirty bathrooms, no toiletries were provided.

It was good place overall, conveniently located close to Narendra Modi stadium, so will recommend if you are coming here for some event there. Breakfast was a buffet with 3-4 items available, all quite tasty. Had asked for a dental kit in the room, but that took a lot of time to arrive, dont know why. So had to stay up, waiting for it. Except for that, it was a good stay

In Bathroom not finding bucket, towel hanger, no tap for bath ( only shower) . Very poor response from reception counter
