Rooms are good..but needed little upgrade soon due to over usage. Parking is limited. Location is perfect

Good Stay
This property is in the heart of the city in a busy market area. Around 15 minutes auto drive from both bus station and railway station. Rooms are cozy with all required amenities like electric tea coffee maker, AC, TV with limited channel options. Bathroom with all required toiletries. But this property could improve further with trained staffs. Staffs are good n helpful but not professional. Housekeeping is average. Breakfast is average with serious issues with hygiene. Breakfast timing is from 7.30am but even at 8am, they are not ready. Item choices are also very average. In one of the days, they gave maggie in the breakfast. Overall it's a ok hotel. lot of opportunities to improve.

Poor Service
I have ever been such a hotel which has no water supply for hours and very lethargic response from hotel representatives. I never recommend to this hotel.

Average Stay
It’s a very cosy hotel hustled in a complex. Looks like it has to be remodeled if it needs to be recommended. Ground staff especially late evening staff are to be trained well else guests will reach out to different locations. Restaurant is more of a watering hole than a family restaurant. Maintenance is also an important issue that needs to be addressed

The hotel staff was very good, especially the restaurant staff. You can get anything from the restaurant within minutes be it cutlery or food. And the best part is cleanliness and privacy.

Terrible Stay
No proper parking space. Bathroom condition was so bad. Room service is also not good, have to call multiple times for any requirement. Better to avoid Breakfast buffet as there are no proper items.
