Madurai Residency

I recently stayed at madurai recdency and was extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior. They were unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting us, and when we asked for extra towels, they were slow to respond. The housekeeping staff was nowhere to be found when we needed them. The manager we spoke to was dismissive and unapologetic about the issues we faced. It was clear that the staff was not trained to provide good customer service. The room was decent, but the poor service from the staff overshadowed everything. We would not recommend to anyone due to the unhelpful and rude staff.

The location is very good. Less than 1 km to the temple. Reception was prompt. Room was excellent. It was basically a sleep over and no services were availed.

We opted for a comfort room in Madurai Residency. Everything was well maintained only let down is the extra bed which is not that comfortable. But overall it is a great experience there.

Good property, rooms are maintained clean, close to temple, Walk able and auto's available No À la carte in breakfast. Food quality is good

Ambience of the hotel is very good but food needs to be cultured in a more good way.. It is not ideal for Tourists out of TN.

There were cleanliness issues. It’s a busy hotel and we had to wait for check in even after we reached 4 hrs late. It’s not really near by temple , you gotta walk a great deal

It was an excellent stay ,room was good food also and toilet was near n clean.Strongly recommended .Very near to Station and all the transports are available.Breakfast was superb.

Luxury stay at affordable price. Nearest to railway station as well as Meenakshi amman temple, this hotel is for the best choice..

Hotel is very accessible to Rly Stn, Bus Stand & Meenakshi Temple. Generally, the rooms were neat. However, the toilet had hard water yellow stains, which could be easily cleaned if focused upon. The stay was quite comfortable and the staff cooperative & helpful.

I have searched online service and hotel stay is good. Property is also good Also Good staff.

Decent stay. Located perfectly in between the Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple and the railways station.

The food was very expensive and not of good taste. Poor service...... Non cooperative staffs. Even hotel denied to provide empty bowl and spoon due to their policy. Cleaning was not too good..... Staffs use used pillow cover to clean cups and cattles and dusting.

Good n quick services by satff....convenient as nearby to madurai station ...amzing ambienace n rooms ...definately recommended for future stay

We had booked two rooms in advance but were not allotted adjacent rooms as we had our children with us. We requested also but all in vain. Also there was no ventilation in washroom.

Location is very good considering temple in nearby only. Room and services were very good. Excellent staff with top notch service 👍🏻

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I had booked a king-size bed, but they gave me two small twin beds instead, which were very uncomfortable. When I raised the issue, the staff simply said they had no other rooms and asked me to “adjust.” The service was terrible — no one was available to help, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in listening to guests or resolving issues. The breakfast was also very disappointing. While the taste was just okay, the number of items offered was very limited. Overall, a very poor experience

Room was somehow good but food in restaurant was not good. Stay was too expensive as per the hotel status.
