La Sara Hometel

Had a pleasant stay with my family. Reception and support staff were warm and helpful. Bathroom door lock was not properly working. On reporting they changed the room instantly. Hotel is also situated in prime location. Quality of food and room services were quite satisfactory.

Service was too good,especially by Milan and priyanka.food and room was too good

location is a prime location at Indira Nagar, food is good as it is part of Nandhana restaurant group but service is pathetic. No room service also many amenities claimed on their site doesn't exist also the non of their rooms are City facing as claimed. The location of the hotel was great. The food comes from the best restaurant in Bangalore Nandhana Palace which is in the same building.

We had arrived at the hotel at 10 am and asked if we could check in early. They said 20 mins due to cleaning. They kept saying this over and over again till 12. And at 12, on repeated askings, they had given us a room in which polish work was going on! We shifted room after that in which we could see whitish marks and polish smell was present. Even the room was quite shabby. The dustbin was on the counter and the toilet seat is not proper.
