Good and economic but needs improvement

We prefer to stay in the hotel while coming to bhubanshwar as it is in walking distance from railway station, economic, offers good quality food and staff services are good. The only area of concern is toilets are not well maintained although entire property otherwise us good. Hotel Kumud Plaza is located within walking distance of Bhubaneshwar Railway station. I prefer this hotel because of economy, good rooms, good staff service of staff and good quality of food. The only area of improvement is the condition of the toilet which does not offer proper bathing space because of step formation on floor and tiles are dull and fittings are old.

If pillow and bed sheets are dirty, then what is the need to change the room 3 times in a day. It can be changed in a single room. If you demand a change twice in a day, this is quite difficult for any hotelier. Still we replaced it keeping in mind your comfort. We are a service oriented hotel and for such reason we have been rated by our esteemed guest. Guests have rated us based on our hospitality and amenities. Our reviews are self explanatory about it.

What we have committed and failed to do so?? Can you be please specific on that. A guest who has booked a room as single occupancy and demanded to stay as double occupancy, this is not acceptable anywhere. Still we allowed, but it was chargeable. You are visited here several times, but now location has a issue for you. As per your opinion it is not easily traceable. This is just a 2 minutes walkable distance from railway station and it is clearly visible here. We didn't allow another person to stay on a free of cost, thats the reason our hotel is an average hotel and not recommended.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your stay and valuable feedback. We didn't understand what makes you feel uncomfortable here. Many guests have already posted our room photos in the review section where we have maintained it properly along with all types of ammenities. We are providing sealed packaged drinking water to all our guests, so where the question of supplying low quality water bottle arises. Again our rooms are much spacious where we are providing a king size bed for double occupancy and when required an additon mattress is also accommodated for an extra adult. Also the photos are uploaded in the portal and shared by many guests here.
