I wanted to highlight about pathetic experience i had while my stay at Keys lite by LemonTree Hotels in Vijaywada to say the least. unfortunately we had to choose this hotel while returning from out trip from odisha to bengaluru for a night's stay. starting from checkin, the flush was not working, the maintenance staff tries to fix the broken flush with us inside the room, with no results and we had to stay in the same room 503 with broken flush. next there was sound from the upstairs motor/drilling noise throughout night, we let the staff know about to which they told sorry we cannot do anything about it. with a toddler we had to spend the entire night without proper sleep after a long 14 hours drive from Odisha. will never Choose this hotel nor will recommend anyone.
