Hotel was nice but didn’t have tissue in toilet and no dustbin also and no kettle or glass was there in room

Location and Hotel Rooms are very good but need to improve the bathroom , not up to the mark ...

I had booked a hotel for 3 days, the air conditioner did not work from the first day till the last day. I complaint daily at the reception and no one responded 👎🏼

Bathroom was not clean,bed sheets ,pillow cover where not at all clean. Horrible stay, Staff where good.

Smelly rooms, unchanged and seeat marks stinky bed sheets and pillows. Rude customer service when asked to clean the room. Do not recommend this place at all.

Except bad wifi and door issue with the toilet everything is fine and good 3 times I have stayed there feel more comfortable

The location was easy to find, property was good, services were provided nicely and rooms were clean and tidy. Washroom was also clean.

It was terrible TV was not working second they don’t care about the customer there was a lady she was behaving very rudely. They were dust in the room not properly clean. Overall it was horrible experience

Positives are that overall hotel is clean and room is clean. Staff is fine. Location is very good. They have enough parking. Improvement areas are to have tea bags and coffe in room which is bare minimum and normally even in this category.

Located at the main part of the city , offers complementary break fast , decent rooms , nothing bad , open parking is slightly disappointing and could be maintained properly without water logging, have food ordering etc

The room is not as per photos shown in make my trip. When enquired, they said you can vacate the hotel. Thats the maturity of the staff working here. As parents we will come to visit their children who are in pg. So they will come to the room and spend some time with parents. Staff says visitors not allowed. Anyhow most of the time we will not stay in the room. This issue i have seen in this hotel only. I visited delhi hotels also, but this kind of rude behavior, noticed in this hotel. Not worth having a tie up with this hotel. Bathrooms are worst. No hot water. Wait for hrs to get the bucket filled with water. No timely cleaning of the room.

All the things are properly well cleaned. Room was well decorated and towel and handwash soap was provided.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. Ambition and room service were excellent – everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The only drawback was the TV – it only had Kannada channels and no regional options, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if more regional channels could be added for better entertainment.

I reached there at correct time and the checkin was done after just 5min. And the room was clean and washroom all good. I was comfortable with my stay.
