Rooms have cockroaches, Bathroom was worst. The room was very dirty. I suggest please don't go there.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price (around 600+ rupees). 👍 The Good: Exceptional Service The staff's behavior was excellent. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist with my baby's needs. They handled special requests like warming up cold milk. They even helped prepare food for my baby in their kitchen, using our own ready-to-cook ingredients and pressure cooker. This level of support for a baby is truly commendable. 👎 The Bad: High Cleaning Fee The only significant downside was the condition of the bedsheets, which seemed old. Unfortunately, my baby spilled oil on one, and the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 700 rupees. This amount felt much higher than expected for a single bedsheet. Summary The outstanding and accommodating service—especially for families with babies—makes this hotel worth considering. However, be aware that you might encounter older linens and face a very steep fee if any staining occurs.

It's okay but housekeeping and service is poor because there was no towel in the room when I asked them they would give it to me in reception they should provide at room or can send with their room boy

One of the most third class hotel experiences I ever had, no network inside the room, even no availability of hotel wifi inside the room. Hotel staff won't agree to it. Cockroaches are very common, no hygiene at all. Even experienced such occurrences which have no human clarification. The hotel staff didn't even agree to change our room with silly excuses.

The stay was wonderful except the bed and the furniture some termites kind of creatures were there and have spoiled the stay with wood powder I hope 1 has not entered into my ears even the bathroom and other cleaning needs to be maintained rest all good like to rate this 10/5

Kakkson Inn: stay is just below average bcz the geaser is not working, they have not provided towels, and no basic toilet soaps...

Good thing about the hotel was the staff was very good and cooperative. But the rooms were not as they were shown in the pics and room was not properly cleaned , washroom was not clean and even there were issues with electricity and electronic devices like water heater and charging sockets and television was not working

I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at Hotel Kakkson Inn. The experience was well below acceptable standards for any hotel. The bed was old, lumpy, and creaked with every movement, making restful sleep impossible. The room felt neglected, with worn-out furnishings and a general lack of cleanliness. The washroom was in a deplorable state—grimy, with outdated fixtures, poor water pressure, and an unpleasant odor. Overall, the lack of maintenance and disregard for guest comfort make Hotel Kakkson Inn a place I’d strongly recommend avoiding. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

I come with my family and booked 3 rooms. All the rooms are good and all so the Hotel is good, staffs are cooperative, location of the hotel is good, rooms are neat and clean. From the top of the hotel both the sea and Sri Jagannath Temple view is excellent. Good stay with this property 🙏

when I am reaching this hotel . my son 10year not ageree to stay in this place because hotel condition is very poor room toilet are very very dirty bed almost broke bed cover also dirty also this booking is not refundable so I am not check in this hotel. consult with this hotel manager they provide me thear 2nd property kakson club and entra pay to him for this booking.
