Poor Maintenance and Service, Great Foo

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. What I liked: The food was definitely the highlight — tasty and well-prepared. It was clear that effort was put into the meals, which we appreciated. What I didn’t like: Unfortunately, several issues affected our overall stay. On the first day, there was no warm water, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The refrigerator was getting hot from outside, which felt a risk. The swimming pool was not clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the game zone was closed throughout our stay, which limited entertainment options — especially since the resort felt quite empty, possibly due to the off-season. The staff’s attitude was quite casual. We had to remind them multiple times to get even basic things done, and there was no proper welcome upon arrival. No dental kit was provided either, which is usually a basic amenity in most resorts. Overall: While the food was good but costly, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and indifferent service affected the overall experience. With improvements in hospitality, attention to detail, and better upkeep of facilities, this resort has potential — but it fell short during our visit.

Overall, the stay experience was average. The deluxe rooms lack a pleasant outside view and give the impression of being in a basement, so I would strongly advise against booking them. Room service was below expectations, with several essentials missing such as hand towels, floor mats, and a functional intercom. Apart from the swimming pool, there are very few amenities available. The staff is courteous, but one has to specifically request items and services that should ideally be provided by default.
