Hotel Windsor Heights Gurugram

• Water was very dirty • Unpleasant Smell in room • Washroom pot was not clean • Bathtub also were not clean • AC were not working properly after setting 16° temp also it's working like 26°-27°

found employees not hospitable at front desk. will not stay again . not happy to stay.not ok for me.

Stayed for one night on business trip ,serves the purpose, need better maintenance, not value for money , breakfast options are limited

Access to room is very poor, Single lift and extremely slow. Most of the time you have to walk Rooms are very old and need refurbishment Rooms had some very bad odor. Had to remind 2-3 times before they sent room freshner Room door was very tough to close. Bathroom door wouldn't close..lock was broken In present condition found the room expensive despite an upgrade.

The location n all is fine. but the property has gone to the dogs.. its very dead vibes and the staff is not at all supportive

Very poor standard of hospitality & rooms were horrible with flush issues in washroom! Breakfast options are limited too. Don’t fall for the brand VITS here in Gurgaon

Everything was good. breakfast was average. could have been way better. The area isn't very great but I guess that's what justifies the prices. Choose wisely.

Big room size and working bathtub in this price range is very difficult to find close to iffcco chowk, gurugram.

Needs maintenance as the bathroom fittings were lose or not working properly. Mattress was little dusty and could get hardly any sleep

Rooms at hotel windsor heights were quite comfortable, clean and well managed i stayed here for the first time & truly enjoyed it i recommend everyone to stay here

Location is good, nice hotel, nice staff, nice welcome by the staff and no uncessary interefernce by the staff

I had fairly decent stay at hotel windsor place earlier last week. Hotel professionally managed. Courteous staff. Breakfast spread is good. Within the proximity of the major corporate offices in gurgaon.

While the hotel is good and the staff is courteous, the maintenance of the rooms has room for improvements. The food is just fine as well.
