Hotel Western Court Chandigarh

The bathroom was not cleaned properly . Very old bad towels.food was pathetic ,staff was not helpful ,there was nothing good about the property

room condition and lobby condition is pathatic. seepage all around.. property needs renovation. not worth paying such a big amount.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the property has potential, several issues affected the overall comfort of my stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed a rancid smell that lingered throughout the stay, making it quite unpleasant to relax or sleep comfortably. The room did not include some basic amenities expected in even a standard hotel—there was no dental kit provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, the mini bar fridge emitted a foul, musty odor, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned properly. Another surprising omission was the absence of complimentary slippers, which are usually a part of even budget accommodations. On the brighter side, the hotel staff was courteous and well-behaved, always greeting with a smile and ready to help when approached. The dinner service was the highlight of my stay. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served hot. The live music during dinner created a soothing and pleasant atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall, while the hospitality and food were commendable, the lack of hygiene and basic amenities in the room significantly brought down the experience. The hotel needs to work on cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail if it wants to meet the expectations of modern travelers.

Our stay was ok. Staff cordial. Location easily accessible. Food was nice. Overall good experience.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. Foods are delicious and less spicy Stuff s are good

The location of the hotel is really good making it accessible to cover all the places in the tricity. Talking about the hotel their rooms are really comfortable and all the amenities are in working condition. Their breakfast is delicious and the food I ordered in the evening was also really good.

I chose the Western Court hotel for its convenient location (Sector 43). Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with live music. The room is spacious but the age of the building is obvious from the AC controls, etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff of hotel is polite. Location of hotel is ideal to the Hotspot places in Chandigarh. Food items served in hotel are delicious

I loved the breakfast we had there. The hotel location was reachable, and services were as expected. We had a discussion with the manager on the mirrors being two-way, but since i was not convinced they helped me with covering the mirrors with a bed sheet to ensure safety.
