Dinner food spread was less.... could have more non veg dishes.. In room, towels, glasses were not provided at first... Property was at a good easily accessible location with sufficient car parking

The hotel was nice, food was good. However they didn't honor the free dinner plan and instead told that it's limited to 900rs. The restaurant charged 18% gst which was included in 900rs limit. This felt like cheating

Stayed only for a short time. Excellent hotel in the region with good value for money. Breakfast was also yummy.

AC was not working, technician fixed but still it was not cooling. Booked the stay with dinner + breakfast, but hotel said no buffet and only 450 per head will be adjusted in your dinner bill. MakeMyTrip didn't help at all. The hotel staff behaviour was average. The breakfast was good, could be better.

Bed & Bath Linen were horrible! So dirty, stained, discoloured. I spoke to Housekeeping and got fresh, clean Bath towels. But, though they changed the Pillow covers and Bed sheets on our insistence, the replacement Sheets and Covers were still unacceptable. Room is spacious. The Mattress, though, appears that the Mattress Springs may be broken. Very uncomfortable. You have to sleep in the middle. You cannot sleep on the edge. The only food we ordered was a Sweet Corn Chicken soup. It was really pathetic!

Excellent food, location and other facilities. Disappointed with bed sheets and pillow covers with stain on it.

Feedback on Family Suite Stay We stayed in the Family Suite and would like to share our experience: 1. Arrival Support: When we arrived, my husband was parking the car in the basement, and I was left to manage the luggage with my 70+ year-old mother and 4-year-old child. Unfortunately, no staff member offered assistance, even though we noticed them helping other guests without being asked. This was quite disappointing given our circumstances. 2. Room Condition: While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was poorly maintained. It appeared old, with damaged shelves and a dirty closet, which did not meet our expectations for cleanliness.

The location, food, and amenities were excellent, but the bed sheets and pillow covers could have been cleaner and stain-free.

Housekeeping should improve. When we checked in there were no towels in our room. I had to ask multiple times. The previous occupants had left the used towels in the closet which was not cleared so the entire closet was stinking and I had to ask the housekeeping to clear those used towels

The rooms were not clean and stinky smell was coming from wash basin. We took room no 407 and 409 and both were bad. AC was not working and at the night while we were sleeping it turned on with 16C and we were freezing. Not at all suitable for family. Only one thing we liked and that was the food. Morning breakfast was really tasty and neat.

Completely unprofessional towels were stinking Worst behaviour of staffs when asked for gst bill and they made me come back from my plans in the middle and just gave me a a4 sheet, not even a envelope covered. Just worst hotel completely worst

Property is located not very far from the highway. Hospitality was good. Food was excellent. Facilities were satisfactory. Room was clean

Hotel is good, in the heart of the town. Rooms were spacious and tidy.

Hotel is very clean. staff friendly. Basement parking available. Hotel attached with bar and restaurant. Spa facility one can relax after a work or a pleasure.
