I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip — a terrible experience! There are around 100 rooms here but only 5 staff members to manage everything. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, and after giving us the room, they asked us to step out so they could wash it. That’s completely unacceptable! It looked like it was used by previous guests. Very poor hygiene, careless service, and disappointing management —

Location: Prime. God knows when they last cleaned the window glasses and mirrors. Some corners of the room was also dusty. The curtain of the window don't even cover the whole window, it was only half wide as much.
