pathetic stay
It was a pathetic stay. The location is in too much crowded place that you can’t even reach there in peak hours. Hotel is very old and ill-maintained. Staff is also very aged and need retirement. Although I have no complaints about the food they are serving in their restaurant but i ordered some parcel which is again not up to the mark. Slickly not recommended

Given room was smelly and bed sheet we’re wet, after request they change room. Given order for dinner that also come after a hour and after reminder With Deluxe room Except Tea/ coffee items they have not given comb shampoo razor or tooth brush.

The Food was really good, specially the Breakfast buffet. The property is not that clean though. They can use some cleaning. The staff was very helpful and co-operative though.

Rooms allocated was different which we booked Deluxe double bed , only after speaking they allocated double bed . Cleanliness to be improved in room Also the door locking system has to be changed .

Poor Stay
The hotel seriously needs upgrade in attitude of front office men especially in evening. One particular gentleman was rude and unfriendly. Entire hotel needs renovation and in no way it can claim 2 stars also. Linen, bed, pillows, towels need to be urgently thrown out and burnt. All are smelly and old. Basically this hotel gives an old economy vibe and location is preferable for small time traders.
