Hotel The Gentleman

Unclean property. There is no hot water in the washroom. Landline not working, tv not working, dirty washroom, poor service.

Overall, the staff is helpful and courteous. The first room I was shown was too small and claustrophobic. The 2nd was better but no TV and the flush didn’t work. Finally the staff gave me a 3rd option, almost a suite kinda place with claimed that this room was perfect in all respect. So far, so good. No harm done and I settled in. Then I used the washroom and realised that even in that room room, the flush was broken. Since I had already moved 2 rooms and had settled in, I didn’t have the heart to call the staff again to change to another room…. managed with a bucket the old fashioned way, in case you are wondering. 🙂

Room condition is average. Staff is good. Severe issue with water supply. You have to struggle to get hot water. Most of the time water supply is very low

Stay was good, hotel staff are polite and breakfast also good. But restaurant below hotel was very bad for food. Too much costly and worst food quality

Hotel service is good but rooms are average and very small for a high price. Hotel is located near to the airport

No basic amenities available in hotel (water bottle, soap, towel) rooms are not cleaned and used cloth they put. Room having bad smell.

Good experience nice stay in hotel staff is polite and helpful

Decent. Workable for family. I used it for solo travel though.
