Stay was good.. Rooms are maintained neat and clean...I enjoyed the stay.. it's good and comfortable for staying with family..

Worst service and bad atmosphere and unconditionally room.totally worst service. Food quality worst Room service worst

We were given a room which had spiders and was very dirty. We had requested for a change of room and we checked 3 rooms , none of which had AC working on.

Hotel bed was not so good

All are Great, Expect Check in takes a very long time, We had to wait for nearly 3 hours for check in

We clearly informed twice that we are reaching hotel late due to train arrival. But hotel staff has already given the room to some one. Made us to wait 30mins and given one suit. Again next day morning the made us to shift to another smallest room. With poorest cooling ac and fused lighting. Complaint made to manager but no response. We spent all nights in that room only.

We have already informed twice that we are reaching late night to hotel. The payment has been made fully before arrival. But hotel staff has already given room to some one else'. We were made to wait 30mins. Then they given suit room. Next early morning they made us to shift to another smaller room but no proper lighting. We requested hotel manager, even ac is not proper cool. No response till we vacate the hotel. Worst experience. Not recommended to stay. Better look for some other hotel. The staff never bothered to attend any complaints.

Good and comfortable stay and is in very close proximity to the temple , good food and ambience , courteous staff .

I had a good and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, neat, and had a pleasant fragrance, which made the experience refreshing. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road and offers ample parking space, which was a big plus. The only concern was the bathroom fittings, which need repair and replacement. If that is addressed, the overall experience would be excellent. Aside from that, everything else was well-maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Towels and bed spreads are not good and getting some kind of smell which caused me to not getting sleep properly

Location is convenient to reach. Rooms were, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Courteous staff.

Room and the Hotel were Horrible.. Not maintained at all.. Beds hurt.. Shower did not function.. AC was pathetic.. Had to use fan also and it was still not cold.. Food was terrible.. If the only choice is to stay in the road this place can be preferred.. Never ever choose the VIP plan of having either the lunch or dinner along with the breakfast.. That is again worthless.. Absolutely 0 value for money.. For the kind of room and food and service I paid more .. In addition to all the above there is discrepancy in food bill.. They had billed most items order twice to increase the bill amount.. They claimed it was an error but it certainly did not seem so.. For the benefit of the customers, There are much better hotels for half the price..

make my trip photos complete different at the time of check in. if you booked single occupancy in MakeMyTrip they are give small room single bed ,but at the time of booking king size bed photos there.

Hotel Amnamaliyar is the best hotel to stay with family, or office trips as rooms are very clean, wash rooms also very clean and neat with all toiletries made available..hotel staff is co operative and very helpful. As my train was in morning 8, upon my request they packed the complementary break fast very nicely. Hotel is just 1km away from station.. pleasent stay...

Ambient is good. But no staff to serve. I booked delux room which is the top costly in the hotel. But huge noise from fan during running due to vibration. AC - no cut off. Towel and bed spread given on request. Even after complaint, they have not taken any action nor changed the room. Very poor respond.

I stayed there for a day. The front view of the hotel is great, the parking space is good. The rooms are not good, adjacent rooms are connected with a third door inside which is not sound proof. You could hear everything from the next room. The door also has see thru key holes. Poor customer care because less staff/poor system. One good thing is the food quality at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced.
