2 night stay with fami

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, rooms are too small. there are NO FANS, so if you are not keen on switching on the AC you have to suffocate without fan. they have open roof resturant filled with pigeons which is a major health . not a good idea to have food there, pigeons can poop in your food anytime. washrooms are compact and looks very old and dirty and again no buckets in washrooms. if you are planning with family pls avoid this. only plus point is location.

very bad service

It was really bad experience, we checked in late in the evening we had pre informed them that we will checkin late but still, rooms were not ready, rooms didn’t had basic items like complimentary water or towels etc. We got used toiletries. Which was really horrible. In photos they have showed swimming pool, which was not working, non of the indoor or outdoor games were working. After raising concerns over it reception staff was rude to it and Mr manager Ankit patel was very rude to us. If you are going for holidays to enjoy the amenities, it is really bad idea to visit this hotel. Also they claim to be 4 start hotel.
