Good rooms but at the last day, we ordered 2 steam rice but got only 1, they told us during check out that they will refund but till now, we didn’t got anything

It was really bad experience, we checked in late in the evening we had pre informed them that we will checkin late but still, rooms were not ready, rooms didn’t had basic items like complimentary water or towels etc. We got used toiletries. Which was really horrible. In photos they have showed swimming pool, which was not working, non of the indoor or outdoor games were working. After raising concerns over it reception staff was rude to it and Mr manager Ankit patel was very rude to us. If you are going for holidays to enjoy the amenities, it is really bad idea to visit this hotel. Also they claim to be 4 start hotel.
