Hotel Sobti Continental

Property is nice with big rooms. Initially it was a little chaos but staff is very supportive and handled everything very well. Food is good and they take every minute request very promptly and sincerely. Little more maintenance of rooms would do wonders.

The property is not what it looks like in pictures . AC was not working and was creating a lot noice, rooms were not clean, hot water was not coming, bed was terrible. The property is not at all maintained, paint peel off, lift noise and unmaintained, etc., it was completely terrible stay and I regret booking this property.

Pathetic Service. If you need anything you need to remind atleast 3 time. On e electrician was gone for more than 20 minutes. They don't response on Room Service.

The service of the hotel is pathetic. Until you don't follow up thrice you will not even get water. Rooms are spacious but the bed, and other equipment are too old. The first room they given me was even more pathetic.

The food is not good even the room was also not cleaned and There is no dryer and toiletery in the room ! even morning breakfast was not good ! The room was not properly cleaned, with dust and stains. The furniture was old and worn out. "The sheets looked dirty and had stains on them. The hotel had a bad smell, like mildew or something else unpleasant."

The Hotel and its surroundings were scenic, however upon checking in, we were not greeted with a smile nor offered the advertised welcome drink. The rooms are spacious but lack basic amenities such as charging points, hair dryer and refrigerator. TV was not working, no hangers in the wardrobe. Frequent power outages. Bathroom aesthetics is what killed the mood, dark and dingy, no running hot water, sink tap didn't have proper water flow. Towels kept were damp and not dry, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer were half used and not replaced. Coming to food, breakfast had limited options and didn't have any taste, yoghurt seemed more than a day old and had developed pungent odor. Restaurant pricing was sky high. Lobby rugs were worn down and many gaps to cover floor levelling were noticed. Overall, it was less than decent stay but for a hotel claiming to have 4stars on google, needs to upgrade their facilities.

Rooms were Big and spacious with easy connectivity from Main Highway. Food was Great with Buffet Breakfast option

The stay was very good, room was very clean, staff is very amiable and sweet, and it was a good choice to stay at Sobti hotel.

All things were good except services provided by hotel .they had not provided us towel after many reminders. I was not expected such type hotel have this kind of service. otherwise experience was good

Stay was pleasant. Some items of Toiletries were missing. “When am I going to check out?” It was asked every day from reception desk while room was booked for 3 nights. Room was on pool side and the view from room was pleasant.

Mosquitoes in the room and loud music from a pool party inside the hotel until 1 AM made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel was good, but there was no heating system in the room and a place like uttarakhand where cold is too much it is expected atleast to have comfort in room, other than that room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was also good.

Disappointing stay at sobti continental rudrapur i'm extremely disappointed to write this review for sobti continental in rudrapur, a hotel that came highly recommended by everyone i spoke to. Unfortunately, my experience was a stark contrast to the glowing reviews. The hotel's services were subpar, and the rooms were not worth the exorbitant price tag. The amenities were basic, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. For a hotel that claims to be one of the best in rudrapur, i expected a lot more. The staff seemed disorganized, and the check-in process was slow. It took 4 room changes to finally arrive in a sober room. Overall, i would not recommend sobti continental to anyone looking for a comfortable and value-for-money stay in rudrapur.
