They didnt give paranthe said they ran out of atta in breakfast and the pillows were very uncomfortable i couldn't sleep even in a little and some of the rooms reeked of alcohol and cigaratte smell

checkin was smooth hotel is under renovation overall stay was good and comfortable , location of hotel is near rohilkhand university

Stay was very okay. Rooms were small and too congested. Wooden furnitures need to be maintained as they had fungus and broken at few places Blanket was torn and the chair was dirty Need maintenance

Their have two different floors for executive rooms. Their 1st floor was horrible. Very old and poor interior with broken floors and their bathroom was full with smell. Their exhaust was damaged. Tv remote was not working. Completely rubbish.

The stay was not so comfortable which i expected. For everything we need to call the reception and room service. A cockroach was also in the room, which indicates the level of cleanliness. The breakfast was also not upto the mark.

I stayed for 2 days and the first thing that i noticed was that the bathroom cum toilet was stinking badly. The exhaust was obviously not working. The stink was all pervasive and also in the room. The housekeeping- maintenance person just came and sprayed room freshner in the toilet. This was done every time i complained about the stinking bathroom. The food was ok in quality but very overpriced- tandoori roti was charged rs 79 - each. The vegetables dishes were also overpriced like a 5 star hotel with a big stink.

Overall good stay. Nice location and parking space is also available. Breakfast is good. Nice food quality but too much expensive.
