1. There's no facility of car parking 2. Food was on average scale 3. Quantitative response was conducted by staff 4. Watchman was really good ..as desirable for property 5. Lot of noise in property till midnight after 0000hrs to 0430 hrs

The room was very clean.. The room service was good.. I had no problem reaching the hotel as it was at a walking distance from the railway station.

Worst of the worst. The hotel charge me extra for dinner which is more than the exact amount mentioned on the menu. No drinking water provided. I paid for breakfast and they told me I’ll get after 9 and they denied for partial refund even though I check out earlier than the check out time. The plate which I had dinner was sooooo dirty that black stain was still there everywhere maybe they forgot to wash as they are more focus on looting. No outside food was allowed not even a cold drinks.

cleanliness issue, pillow stitch removed so internal foam got visitable, water jug so dirty, wash room flush dropping, Food quality is too much spicy not cooked properly...

Room is ok. Bed sheet is not clean. Found insect in Tea. Horrible. Evening staff is very arrogant and has a bad attitude. I didn't like the behaviour of the staff. Food is tasty.

Location is good but online and offline is huge deferences, if online correct but offer le is not perfect

The hotel charged for additional person where as all other hotels are charging only across Jhansi. AC was terrible. Staff attitude was aslo compromised.
