Hi, it was a beautiful stay, we were there for a few hours as we had a short business meeting, but the stay was good, stafs were supportive and hospitable.. thanks

I was truly impressed! The rooms were clean and hygienic, with a great ambiance. The staff was polite and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, a fantastic experience! 👍

Excellent location for Bus traveller. Parking facility also available with the hotel. Staff's are trained and good behaviour. Reception also good. Check in and out time also very less. Overall good and value for money.

The Room was having some basic problems ( Room no. 118), 1. A.C was not working properly. Blower of A C switch off along with Compressor. Hence Room stay was uncomfortable 2. Water Tap was broken and complaint to the house keeping. No one attended. 3. Don't expect hot water for bath. Even other Guest were also complaining for the same. Not suggested for Winter Season. 4. Breakfast has variety and is delicious.

Think twice before booking this hotel. The rooms are substandard. The towel provided had 3–4 holes and smelled unpleasant. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the AC was covered in dust. Overall, not a good experience.

Room condition is not good. It’s old type room not renovated .bathroom condition is very bad. Some bad smell coming from room.

Pretty bad rooms. AC fixed are from ancient era. No hot water in the rooms. Over confident and not friendly staff.

Room service and other services food was best. But Interior design, furniture was old and not properly maintained. The wash room shower, taps and tiles were looking dirty in room 206.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Silver Oak. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful. A few improvements in room service speed would make the experience even better
