Hotel Shivraj (Lake view rooms on Mall Road)

Door lock was broken, electric cattle was also dirty. Hotel location and view from room was very beautiful.

Hotel is excellent, offering a stunning panoramic view of Naini Lake right from the balcony of room.

it was a nice stay .we enjoyed the scenic view of lake and mountains from the window of room itself. The view of MALL ROAD was also largely visible from the lobby of the floor.as well as from the window of the room.viewing in the late evening at the time of lighting onmall road and around lake was an exilirating experince.Ambience and hyginicaly the hotel is good. staff is discipline d .Food is of good quality.Location is excellent 👍 .if visit again ,would prefer same hotel and rooms . Ihave suggested my friend for the same to stay. who is planning very shortly

Staff was rude. Room was unclean including the sheets. Overpriced just because it is at the Mall Road. They expected to tip everyone individually

Bathroom was not clean.. Mosquitoes in room and they charge for water bottle.. no car parking.. the blanket was torn and was dirty..

The hotel was so-so. There was no proper ventilation and no exhaust in the washroom. Except for the location, everything was ok-ok. Also, the tariff which the hotel was charging to other customers was around 2500, Which was not expected by me.

Room was stinking bad smells once we use toilet, Sanitation was very poor , ironically when i complained about it, Reception Guys said “yahi hai jo hai “. Electric kettle was not working.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Location was very good, on the mall road itself. Basic amenities were up to the marks. Food preparation and services in the room were excellent.

बहुत ही बुरा experience....किसी भी चीज़ में कोई quality नही थी। कमरे की हालत बहुत बुरी थी। TV नही था। charging socket नही चल रहे थे। bathroom में water flow बहुत कम था| 30 stairs for room. kitchen is closed at 9:00 PM .....Very Very Bad experience....

The room is clean but too small. Service can be much better. Should provide at least room heater in the month from nova to jan, especially for a place like nainital. Food is good.

Location was good but there were some problem in my room like telephone was not working properly and water accumulated in bathroom whole bathing

Amazing stay beautiful views and outstanding service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfy. Everything was availed to us. We'll mannered staff and the manager helped us with early check-in. Food was good. I would definitely recommend it to everyone for your next trip.
