I have spent a vacation at Mussorie from 4-June-25 till 7-June-25 and stayed at Shiva ****** a good hotel and also highly recomendable to all. Pros : ****** : Very nicely located,may be 100mts from Mall road. ****** : Stayed at Super Delux room with balcony which had all the facilities an Hotel priced at this level should have. ****** staff,good complimentary breakfast with a good variety and menu changing daily. Cons : ****** we had lunch just once and had other meals outside,I would say the food items are ****** get better options in a lesser price outside. ****** I parked my car in their in-house parking and took out the car only on the last day,they had their own driver to ****** its extremely time consuming because of the narrow ****** cannot wait for so so long to get your owmn car in and out. ****** to call reception thrice in one occassion to have tea/coffee ****** was disappointing once. However as every coin has a tail and head,I would say this is a good property in a prime ****** an almost 35 year old hotel,hats off to them for maimtaimg it so nicely. Great experience. Food was great. Room was clean. Little finishing is needed. Otherwise overall is good.

Location is good. Food is fine. Buffet Breakfast is very good. Room service is not so good. Nobody came to pick leftovers/used utensils for 2 days. Rooms are not very clean.

Very bad experience. Staff is rude. Room service is pathetic. Once you order something just forget about it as it will never arrive. They don’t greet or ask in case you need anything. They shouldn’t be in hospitality. Food is bad. Breakfast has hardly any options. Please avoid it under all circumstances.

Stay was comfy. Sumit and simran helped during the stay. Location of hotel is perfect. Food and services are quite good.

Its nice location near mall road. Rooms are nice n comfortable i booked the super deluxe room n rooms were very good. Breakfast is also excellent with plenty of options. Thoda sa bathroom smelled when we came. And one day napkin was not provided but it was solved upon notified.

Best stay and experience provided by Mr. Sumit and Mr. Vinod. Breakfast was also very tasty and this is near to mall road.

Good location, nice hotel, room was slightly congested. Nice food, good service. Go with out any thought. Happy with stay
