Upon your arrival, the originally booked Small Double Bed Room was unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a complimentary upgrade to our Deluxe Room for the first night. The next day, when we approached you for the agreed room switch, we respected your preference to continue your stay in the upgraded room. However, as our upgraded rooms come with additional amenities and comfort, they are available at a different price point. We always strive to accommodate our guests' preferences to the best of our ability, and we encourage booking in advance to ensure the availability of the preferred room category.
