breakfast not provide for 1 day,too much bad service,2nd time don't visit and ordinary breakfast and lunch provide.no egg provide in breakfast in every day.same breakfast every day luchi and sobji, food quality too much bad.plz don't visit this hotel, anybody

I'm Very happy to share my experience with this hotel. All staff members are very humble and Supportive. I stayed with my spouse child and parents for 3 days and 2 nights.The room(room size 20x14 ft) was very good as expected. attached Toilet and balcony.only one thing elevator not available if you want to stay senior citizens person then it's very hard to them. other than that all things are good. Location wise it's 10/10 rating. It has its own restaurant Pous Parbon (Bengali, Indian, Chinese) it will feel your home food and environment. The staff was amazing and very caring. They not seeking their profit all the time. Food quality 9.5/10, everyday they procure fresh fish,chiken and Meat from local market. Quality and price is 10/10. I personally recommend some people who will visit Puri in the coming days just 1 time you must visit this restaurant visit date 11/11/2025 to 14/11/2025

Rooms are very bad, seepage, dirty. Location wise good, near by sea beach but very poor amenities, dirty, lack of cleanness.

huge face loss for me in front of my family member... Room very dirty , sofa dirty , no gyser, water leakage from ac,. Mmt room picture doesn't match at all. I asked mmt to help

there was no daily room cleaning and not to be daily change bed sheet. waste of money.

Only location is good, it's nearer to sea beach at Swargadar. Otherwise we had to wait many times for room allotment, then it's not upto the mark for cleanliness. It's average but pricey.

Firstly they allotted us a room in 1st floor. The room was closed and without a window. We refused for suffocation problems as we were 2 adults and 2 children. They primarily disagreed and after some hotted conversation they finally allotted us a room in 3rd floor. The room was ok but there was no lift facility. It was too tough for children and others also.

I book non-ac room for my family (me, wife, 14 yrs son, 6 yrs daughter) for 6 days. At hotel, they allotted 105 no. room which had a cooler. We don't use it because my daughter suffered cough and cold or the cooler is not in function. After 2 days, they changed our room (No. 109) which is very annoying as our total luggage and garments are opened. It asked them why you don't give us room no 109 at first. They have no answer. It is very bad experience.

Except room service overall experience was satisfying. Room was clean, AC worked well.

Good and budget friendly hotel. Staffs were well behaved and active. I recommend this hotel.

Room was not up to the mark as compared to the price i paid. The food was average too, staff service is good, good behavior. Cleaning service was also good.

This property is far below the standards expected. The rooms are extremely dirty, and the toilets are unhygienic with broken locks and doors. There is no lift facility, forcing guests to climb up to the 4th floor by stairs. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi are missing, and overall maintenance is very poor. The entire place feels neglected, uncomfortable, for staying. Definitely not worth the money.

1. Poor- a. Room phone not working. b. The bathroom water heater is not working directly from room, it is controlled by reception. c. The room curtens hooks found damaged from multiple points. d. An extra blanket was not provided. e. The hotel sanitary is very dirty. f. Poor room service. g. According to room conditions ,cost was not relevant. 2. Average- a. Walking distance from beech is ok, but the way was very crowded and always jammed, with tourist vehicles.

The hotel was as dirty and like hell as you could think, the photos shown in the app is old. The current condition is like hell. The property doesn't have lift any kind of other services. The rooms were dirty. Their is room service. They take atleast an hour to answer. You can't even get a tea.

The property location is good. Just 1 minute from the swargdar beach. All amenities and facilities are available under the nose.

No parking , no water bottle was provided, water issue, not clean rooms and bathrooms. No sanitary kit was provided.

The quality of rooms are not value for money, cleanliness is not upto mark..however location of the property is good
