Great Location - Environment is very noisy

The hotel room was okay. It was near to Hongkong market. The rooms were not clean. The floor was dirty. Linen’s were okay. However, we got a room beside the lift and it was too noisy till midnight and early morning. Couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours due to noise.

Hotel Saluja is overall good,true value for money.The hotel is under renovation but no problems due to that.One thing I did not appreciate was the cigarette smell in one of the allotted rooms.The food served was good but I felt it was bit over priced.The rooms shown in the site are not exaggerated.The hotel is centrally located.

One Week Stay at Siliguri in a Good, Affordable and Budget Friendly Hotel

Hotel Saluja is excellent to stay. Location wise very good. It is in the heart of the city. It is 5 minutes walking distance to Hong Kong Market and Nursary. It is also not far from Bidhan Market and Seth Sreelal Market. Communication is good with rest of the town. Foods are very tasty and within affordable price. Laundry and room services are available and good. Staff Behaviour and room services are excellent. Food can be ordered through room service and also a separate restaurant is there adjacent. Rooms are equipped with AC and Geyser. Non AC rooms are also available in affordable price. Overall very safe and excellent experience of staying here. One can have a short trip in Dooars, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Mirik, Lataguri, Bengal Safari, Rohini, Ravangla etc from here. Our experience is too good beyond explanation in this hotel.

The Hotel was very good. Room was clean. Washroom, which was the main concern was good and upto the mark. Our train was late and the receptionist guided us in a proper manner. But the A.C was actually not working at all.

It's a nice hotel with pleasant environment. Staffs are all cooperative. Position of the hotel is excellent with all types of communication facility available. Rooms are well maintained with all current amenities. Only things not found i.e. tea kit absent though kettle is there inside the room.
