Hotel Sai Residency

i would like to share a few words regarding staying at Sai residency at Vasai , Mumbai. I am happy with the hygiene inside the room and passage to reach the room of the hotel. the area where the hotel is situated is an industrial area and the road leading towards the hotel is very, unhygienic,a lot of air pollution, difficult to walk in footpath. it is not at all suitable for any family stay. it was mentioned in app that it is 6 km away from Virar but it is actually 11 km from Virar. The complementary breakfast was the only item with tea or coffee.The other hotel where I stayed on earlier occasions through MMT was buffet with lot of options. I am dissatisfied with all aspects.here onwards you should mention actual things regarding location, complimentary breakfast, etc to customers so that they can decide about staying in that particular hotel.but I am happy with staff and inside room cleanliness.

Not clean room and bathroom. The room was not properly cleaned and wash rooms are also very dirty and unhighenic

Room was not up to mark.. bedsheet was very spongey.. not cleaned properly.. bucket was very dirty in bathroom.. also shower was not working

Rooms were fine but no hot water was available. While checking into the hotel i requested if someone could be sent to help with luggage as I was traveling with 3 senior citizens. They said that the watchman would help. But he didn't.

The rooms are in congested corners with beams over head (at 7 ft height itself) all the places. Rooms are full of cockroaches luckily the bed was clean. Smelly corridor, damp rooms. A ~2 ft wall on the floor which we need to cross to access the toilet. The food at the restaurant is also not good. Cupboard was there but couldn't able to open it. Expected a better one for the ratings given in the booking sites.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was ideal—centrally located yet peaceful, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the breakfast buffet. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The overall ambiance of the property was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax. I highly recommend this property for both business and leisure and couples stays.

Location was Good , Food was Good, Facilities was Poor , Whey Didn't have the Right Room that Shown in Photo and hotel member was Shocked

This was an absolutely pathetic experience. We had a confirmed booking, yet when we reached the property, we were bluntly told that the room from our booking wasn’t available. Check-in time was 11 AM, but we were made to wait for over an hour with zero ownership or apology from the staff. This is not just poor service — it’s complete mismanagement and a lack of basic professionalism.

Clean room and good staff had a comfortable stay. The rooms were very neat and clean. And the staff was very responsive. Budget friendly stay.

Food is great stay was comfortable

Stay and service were good. People who have work/ leisure must stay in this hotel. Executive rooms are good. Rooms are spacious. Staff treats you with politeness and courteousness.

Recommended!! As in the Vasai area there are not much optiops we have to stay. So, you can try this hotel, at least it will not disappoint you. we booked std room in almost ₹1750 including all the taxes and Aditya Birla secure travel insurance. I will recommend to book it though MMT. It will help you in case you have any complaints.

Water Quality Not Good which was coming from the tap it felt salty and bitter in taste you can't rinse you mouth with it.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Sai Residency. The location is easily accessible, which made commuting very convenient. Ordering food was hassle-free, they have an in-house restaurant as well and the staff—from housekeeping to the reception—were extremely supportive and courteous. The rooms were clean, and the service was prompt. Overall, a pleasant and smooth experience! Highly recommended.
