Bad, asked for to change blanket but refused by staff. Also charge for water.

it's a budget stay located right outside the railway station. you get what u pay for .nothing fancy ,but a comfortable bed and ac room and clean room . the staff was really attentive and good

It is on the main road which makes it little unbearable for staying. The blankets were not clean. Even washrooms were dirty.

Bad service. The reception person was talking rudely. And they falsely said that early check-in won't be possible a day before next day morning they said it's available and it will be chargeable. Nothing was mentioned about the price last night. And neither any room was available

The location is best as per railway station. However, we had to chase more than 10 times to get a dry towel in the evening and morning. Bathroom mattress was also not shared. Even we gave the hotel staff our key in the morning and requested them to clean the room but when ee returned they didn't clean the same, after enquiring they mentioned that we can not clean the room once guest is not in the room. They cleaned the room, keeping us outside of the room for 15 minutes which is the most bad experience we faced till now. Please mind your own water bottle as there is nothing complimentary mentioning that this is an booking.

I had a very good experience here. Was supposed to arrive at 9pm but arrived at 3. 30 the next morning with no problems checking in. Great location right next to the railway station but still a very quiet room. There is a good restaurant attached and very friendly staff. I would definitely return. No complaints at all. Cheers.

Hygiene is bad, there was no hot water only, the manager was giving excuses saying all customers are using water, so hot water not available. He made me wait for 2 hours for check in even after booking it in the right time. I will not recommend it to anyone

There was not a single foot mat in the room or outside bathroom. The main door handle was broken. They have not provided towels even after asking. Food quality of the restaurant of the hotel was below average

Clean, quality food and best services

It is right next to railway station entry gate. Hotel is relatively new. Rooms are good. Washroom also good. Room service could be improved. I ate a punjabi thali and taste was ok. Overall i would give 7/10.

Hotel sai prasad is neat and clean hotel. They are following all government guidelines given to take care of their customers in view of post lockdown due to covid. So it's a value for money hotel and most important is just next to rely station.

Room cleaning was not good. Even after informing they didn't clean the room/wash room.

Location and service is good. Very near to station. Hotel staff members are very good and quick in service.

Proximity to the Aurangabad railway Station is an advantage. Canteen food is good. Well behaved staff.
