I had a very bad experience at your hotel. Even for a bottle of cold water, I was charged money. I had clearly said that you could take away the complimentary small bottle and instead provide a cold one, but I was told the small bottle was not available and was given a big one for extra charges. There were even mice roaming around in the room. The cleanliness and hygiene of the room were also very poor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, there were no proper facilities for the driver’s cabin. This was my first booking at your hotel, and it will definitely be my last.
