Hotel Princess Palace

I was assigned a room with a strong unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable from the start. I immediately requested a room change, but the staff refused my request without offering any satisfactory alternative. Despite my complaint, the smell persisted, and no effective action was taken to resolve the issue. This lack of responsiveness and consideration for guest comfort was very disappointing. A room’s smell strongly affects the overall experience, and ignoring such concerns leaves a bad impression.

Well located comfortable hotel. Breakfast was average. Room was clean but toilet seat gave a lot of trouble.

Hotel At Indore is situated in a prime location, making it very convenient as most attractions and essential places are nearby. The property offers good value for money, and the ambience is pleasant and welcoming. However, the rooms can be improved in terms of space, comfort, and overall maintenance. The buffet food quality also needs improvement since the options are limited. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide one extra bed in the room to accommodate a child comfortably. Additionally, checkout time could be extended from 10:00 AM to around 11:00 or 11:30 AM to offer guests more flexibility. With these small changes, the overall stay experience could be much better.

The hotel is located in a prime area, with the airport and railway station nearby. The room was quite good and clean, and the washroom was also well-maintained. However, the hotel did not provide toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Room service, breakfast, and food were all good. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my 2-day stay in Indore.

They can avoid charging extra for third person

Nice and cozy stay, good hospitality. Driver facility also available for pick up and drop. But only thali is available in restaurant, a la carte with options should be introduced

All amenities provided as promised. The room was a bit small however for one stay is good enough. Parking was available. Overall valu for money.

My stay at Hotel Princess palace during my recent family trip was really enoyable. The property is at excellent location, we were close to 56 Dukan- famous eatery spot of Indore. Rooms are well maintained and staff is courteous. We loved it , thank you HPP and MMT.

very average service, small room no delayed service. they have used my room with master key in my absence for customer survey, filling shampoo which is not ok. they delayed the early checkin , questioned on dinner, lunch included in offer. overall very bad experience at hotel princess palace , south tokuganj

Location is excellent to stay for Sales person as it’s in the center of Indore. Property is clean & well maintained. Some rooms are quite small but manageable. Services are prompt & well managed.
