Hotel Prince B

Booked 2 rooms in the hotel for 4 days stay. Cons - 1. No meals whatsoever. Only water and tea. 2. Rooms provided did not match the photos shown. 3. Dirty bedsheet and pillows. 4. Dirty and smelly room and bathroom. 5. Charged extra for early check-in which was not mentioned prior to booking. Pros - The Staff was friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff it is very nice to stay in the hotel and it is near the railway station so easy to get train

The stay was pathetic, rooms not even dusting was done , room was not clean hygiene was not there bathroom were dirty towels not available Blanket very very dirty, rooms sizes were very small from what it was shown and described in Pics.NOT RECOMMENDED

As a business traveler, I was appalled by the complete lack of hygiene and professional service during my stay at Hotel Prince B. My experience was unacceptable from the moment I entered the room. Upon check-in, it was immediately clear the room had not been properly cleaned. Poor Hygiene: I discovered hair from the previous guest on the bed and bed linens. Furthermore, the bed sheets and pillows were clearly not fresh; they appeared unlaundered and had not been changed for a significant time. Non-Functional Amenities: The television in the room was also broken and non-functional. Failed Service Request: I had paid an additional fee for an extra bed and began requesting it in the morning. Despite multiple follow-ups throughout the day, the item was not delivered until 9:45 PM. Substandard Product: Instead of the paid-for bed, staff provided an extremely thin, dirty, and cheap-looking mattress. The pillows provided were similarly unusable, measuring only about two inches thick. Unprofessional Staff: The staff member who finally delivered the item simply dropped the dirty mattress on the side of the room and left without a word. This level of service and cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a business traveler paying for a professional standard.

The hotel is located at the prime location of Paltan Bazar in Guwahati. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.Prize was reasonable.

We were provided torn bed sheet, old pillows

It is one the best experience I have ever had. After reaching to Guwahati station I easily got the location to reach the hotel.

The room was quite clean. But they haven't provided any complimentary water, soup and paste. Bathroom tap is need to repair.

The hotel show one picture in app And gives me another room totally unhygienic and bedsheet was not changed the bucket was also full of dirty don't even ask about coustomer service it's was such an horrible day for me

I am writing to express my serious disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The overall experience was unacceptable and far below basic hospitality standards. Below are the issues I encountered: The blanket provided was unclean, had holes in it, and even had insects inside. The bed cover was heavily stained and appeared not to have been washed for a very long time. Towels were only provided after several requests, and even then, they were of poor quality and torn. The TV remote had to be replaced more than three times, as none of them worked properly. There was visible fungus at the bottom of the washroom door, which was extremely unhygienic. The toiletries provided were inadequate — only two miniature soaps were given, with no handwash or other basic essentials. These were also not replenished during the second day’s housekeeping. I have photographic and video evidence of all the above issues. Given the unacceptable state of the room and lack of basic hygiene and service, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. Please respond at the earliest to confirm how this refund will be processed.

Hotel staff behaviour isn't good, he enter our room and behave so ruthly ask to room clearence.

It is easy to book room for all especially those who come with family must try this appy to choose a convenient room

The stay was nice but the room is pretty small and the water bottle and all the amenities as written is not wuite available.

They did a wrong calculation and charged us extra money on tea and water, this is very unprofessional
