Extremely disappointing stay at Hotel President. The executive triple room we booked had nothing executive about it.It was extremely small. Soiled linen, smelly Bathroom, no ventilation whatsoever...Restaurant was even worse...one person having all the responsibilities of taking order, serving and billing...the hotel doesnt know anything about hospitality....no maintenance undertaken for a long time

none of the information and facilities mentioned during booking was correct it was a terrible experience bed sheets were full of dark spots, mosquitoes were roaming, no floor mat, no soap, no channel available on tv I complained it to staff and also to customer care but no solution on complaining multiple times they changed my room but that room was even more worse I haven't experienced like this worst situation before
