nice and clean room. Good Room service. Good Food. Good staff and cleaning.Easy to locate and primary location

Totally disappointed with the upkeep.. very old hotel, bad maintenance, flush broken, washbasin panel broke and fallen on my feet hurting me, entire fittings are old , rusted and some are broken, bathroom not cleaned properly, AC is so old that it makes noises, you can’t sleep in night, I changed room at 11 pm , as could not sleep. This hotel needs entire overhauling to serve business customer. Not worth staying even if they offer cheap price. I just managed my 3 night stay as the booking was non-refundable.

room seen in booking and when I checked in got a different room. stinking room. dirty sofa. TV remote not working. food with limited menu.

1. Location is bad. Inside a street. basically a house converted in hotel. 2. Reception is in basement and one has to go through stairs only 3. though room was cleaned by stinking. 4. same was the case in bathroom. 5. sanitary wares, kettle etc were all rusted. overall, did not like the stay at all

Rooms were not clean and staff behaviour was not proper. Demanded extra charges at check in time.

it was an ok stay,food menu was limited ,good room clean but they need to work on better bedsheets and blanket s,dirty ,also no fridge in the room

Nice property nice location good staff pleasant stay

This is a superb hotel to stay in for corporate people. Ambiance and staff are very courteous and helpful in any circumstances.

Room was not cleaned properly stuff of previous guest was there in the room, pillows were completely damaged and pillow cover & bed sheet also seems dirty, didn’t provide room slippers even after asking multiple time. Requested to change the pillow 1st they said sure will change then after 1 hr when u request again they denied. Also the behaviour of the person who attained the call was very unprofessional.

Staff are very responsible and polite. Room was very proper maintain and clean. Room service also good. We noted minor issue of toilet maintaines. All over p. K regency is a good stay place. They take care all things of guests. I am satisfied.

It is a good hotel but you can see that the rooms are clearly old. Some renovation and constant upkeep is required.

Staying experience was good at pk residency. Food was also good. Neat and clean residence with good security.

The reception area was smelly and the staff was not courteous. Food was also not very good. Washroom hygiene was bad

Nice clean room and had a nice stay. It was silent n calm place. All the rooms were clean and the ac was very effective.

Overall it was a good experience, considering the location of the place and the fact that it’s a pet friendly place.
