Very poor facilities. Not maintained. Rooms are very old. Not clean. Food also average

Overall, the stay was good, but the toilet was not properly cleaned. The room toilet condition was very poor

Neatness is very good, room service also good and the food is ok level only The location is very long from Church to hotel and the main problem is check out check in time after 12 pm and check out time was before 10 am what a great income please increase the check out time otherwise it's a very long hotel from Church.

Hotel is clean and good staffs and manager are kind very close to church and bus stand also walkable to beach and purchase

booked for 4 days and got a worst experienced in this hotel ...full smell when entered the room ...no hot water, no proper room service,one standing in front office treated very very very bad ,I asked for hot drinking water but no response from them , really by seeing the ad I booked a wrong hotel ,no use of paying for this hotel, no one asked nothing for three days on fourth day my vacating day they came to my room asking for coffee,car cleaning, luggage carring coz all for tips..I will never or ever won't suggest this hotel for my family ,friends,and all..this is my last visit to this hotel..I will give zero to this hotel...if anyone staying please be careful there are many insects inside the toilets ,near the bed ,full of mosquito inside the room .....please don't take this type of hotels it's not worthy for money

Property location was easily accessible to railway station and bus stand and walkable distance to church. Hotel room service was excellent and rooms were maintained very neat and clean

The rooms were fairly clean, though they could have been maintained better. Room service was good and quite responsive. However, the washrooms were a complete disappointment—untidy and filled with dirt. Overall, it was an average experience and did not feel worth the money spent.

Hot water doesn't come rooms and staffs are very good. It is located near by velankanny church.

Room is good and clean. extra mattress is also provided for extra person. good behavior and good service.

This hotel is under renovation.. not sure how Makemytrip listed. We got our room but too much drilling noise . Complained to manager and he shifted to another room. Makemytrip has to look into this .. Bathrooms are not even maintained properly. It’s like ₹500/- worth room. Worst experience! Makemytrip why you guys listed when this hotel is under renovation!?

Very near to Morning star church. Neat and clean. Good place to stay. value for money.

Actually we used this accomodation to just freshen up. Didn't stay there. checked in at 8.00AM on 15.06.2025 and left for the church at about 10.00AM. Then came back in the afternoon and checked out at 2.15PM the same day. Overall, it was good

location is what we expected, near Morning Star Church. good to go every where in Velankanni

They were not kind and very rudely behaved. They powered off the lights and everything in the room for the delay of 7 minutes check out time. They didn't think about us and even I and baby was inside at that time and power got turned off by themselves. I had a worst and bad experience in this hotel.

While the booking of the room was easy enough, the cleanliness of ths room was below average. The room was cleaned only after arrival. The restroom was not clean. Overall the it was a below average experience staying there.

Had a good time at the hotel picnic. The ambience and room service was awesome. Worth for family stay food need to be improved.

Had a good and comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel was close proximity to the churches too which made things convenient.

Unfortunately, my experience was not very satisfactory. The bathroom was not clean, and the bedsheets were old and worn out. Additionally, the room painting was peeling and in poor condition. I hope the management improves these aspects for future guests.

Very old building with zero renovation and maintenance, got torned bed sheets and AC was not working, night 1145 shifted to another room, no iron box provided. Overall very poor experience. Stayed in the same hotel around 5-6 yrs back and that time the overall set up was some what ok. Now the condition is really bad. Last year stayed in merry land, which also comes under same management and that was an excellent hotel
