The room service was below average.Inadequate material for brushing and bathing.There were cockroaches roaming around in the room.

Room was Average, room service was very poor, no one there to respond, had to call multiple times to get the things done.

Overall it was okay. The hotel had a power cut, which might be a one off. The room had cockroaches which was not good.

location is good. AC Deluxe Room was very good. Air conditioning, cleanliness good. Food yummy and tasty.

There is no any crevice like hospitality. They are not providing any thing before reminder. Also when i call there is no greeting as well there is no response yes or no from help desk. Direct put phone down. After that i personally asked towel to helpdesk ledy, she show me store room and say collect from there. Also last night i reached late to hotel and there is not available bedsheet.

cockroach were seen evere wher . parking facility is not organised.not suitable for big cars such as innova ect.

Only name is Elite for this Hotel. We booked 2+1 bed, Cot size is so small not even a 5'3" person can fit on that. Mattresses is the worst - that might be from 17th century. Towels & Blankets we didnt even touch. they are overused and old. Not even a mineral water bottle is given. When asked, staff said - only a jug of RO water is complimentary :-) We had to carry our luggage from taxi to room, when asked for attendant the answer is "all are having lunch-cant come now". Same response even while vacating the room. Restaurant is needlessly over priced... very basic ambience. Diet coke actual MRP is 40/- while here you have to pay 87/- for 1 diet coke. Complimentary Breakfast is below average. you have to select from only 3 options. Coffee/ Tea is served in smaller cups for complimentary. Only good thing is wash room and hot water. Overall - Worst choice. Wont recommend

There were cockroachs in room as well as in restaurants table. I stayed for 2 days and next day when i asked to clean the room they just did a dusting bed was not set, towel was not replaced. Commode sit was broken. Menu card qr code was not working when asked at reception they said ask in restaurant. TV channels was not working. Only one lift was there and that too was used by cleaning staff so gyest has to use stairs

Room was good, as per specification of booking. Room hyeigin was average, Small chocroche found in the room. we stayed for 2 days, but room was clean on 2nd day. no bed sheet was changed. we observe less room service staff were there, those were mostly found busy in new check in. in house restaurant food was very good in term of taste, though cost was on higher side. complimentry breakfast was attraction of the hotel stay. we all enjoyed the breakfast. there are many option and unlimited breakfast.

The staff there is either rude or non responsive. They were clueless about how to operate AC and TV. No one was even interested in listening to us. Food was pathetic. The serving staff greeted us but when they got to know that we have our breakfast included with our booking, their behavior changed and they brought every dish like we were eating for free there. Over all the stay felt unwelcoming.

Not worth for the money you pay, rooms are small and not even cleaned properly, dust was visible on floors and tables, bedsheets were not clean, water bottles were charged-not complementary for the room booking, no wifi password was shared, breakfast spread is very limited and not so good and tasty. Overall not at all satisfied with the stay.

Cockroaches were staying with me as well. So if anyone having a fear of Cockroach don't come here. If you need any service let's say room cleaning to getting a water bottle or anything you've to call at least 4 times. The lady sits in the reception have her own attitude like you're staying for free and she owns you like that. Couple of good things are all spots are near to this hotel. within 15 to 20 mins max. Oops there is no couple only one😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

We have been staying in this hotel for the last 2 years. but day by day the hotel's service and room service is getting worse.

Rooms are small and dirty , worst cot and mattress,bathrooms are unhygienic, they don’t allow outside food , Receptionist was arrogant

There was no shampoo, no bath soap for bathing & no hair oil in Panchavati Elite Hotel...& not to proper car parking... Worst experience...& the chRges was to high as compaire to service
