Hotel Oxina Lygon

This place is a complete rip-off. We paid a ridiculous amount for what turned out to be a nightmare of a stay. The property looked like it was falling apart. From leaking ACs to dirty beds, everything felt neglected. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it genuinely felt like they were trying to take us for a ride. Our first room was a disaster. Water leaking everywhere, through the AC vents & walls. The ceiling looked like it would collapse at any moment. When we asked to switch rooms, they said it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. I had to contact MakeMyTrip customer care, and only after almost an hour of back and forth, multiple calls, and a lot of frustration did they finally agree to give us another room. Even that one wasn’t great, but we had no choice except to settle for it. For this mess, they charged nearly per night per room. Honestly, it felt like staying in a run-down lodge pretending to be a hotel. The service was terrible, the rooms were disgusting, and the staff couldn’t care less. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re even considering this place, don’t. Spend your money somewhere that actually knows what cleanliness, hospitality, and basic decency mean. This place is a hard pass.

Family visit. Stayed for two nights. Located in the bustling city shopping area. Decent stay and food. Stayed already for a few more occasions. Will consider again.

Great stay , clean rooms and the leg massage session was excellent. Haven’t had the time to try out food . It is centrally located to all the places in the city .

Good stay with family but the cost quite expensive. I stayed with family, the stay experience was good and food also just good but not too tasty or the worst.

The hotel bathroom amenities were damaged and not maintained properly. The bathroom drain was pathetic, water didn't drain at all as it started accumulating on the opposite side of the drain, causing so much inconvenience

Excellent location and good facilities

Location is good. Rooms look very good. Yes there are small cockroaches in the toilet. My room was on 2nd floor, I requested change of room and a free upgrade and they gladly obliged. Service was good and house keeping service is excellent. Breakfast items are good.

Oxina lygon is worth the stay for it's centre and easy access. Nice ambiance and price is reasonable.

Stayed as a family, the rooms were clean, the food was of good quality. The service was prompt and good.

Good and clean rooms

Property is located on a nice area, not so crowded. Good food and rooms are comfortable. Rooms are very clean and have all amenities. I would suggest to have hand towels in the both room. Also proved hot wanted early in the morning.
