Worst experience extra money deposited, after payment.

It was very nice to stay in a very happy place staff is very cooperative good food is available adcent to property

Very bad yah log alag se dimand karte hai paiso ke lye and chota sa room de dete hai

When my friend went to check in at mid night, they said its fully booked. We said already booked and paid, receptionist says booking not received and refused the room. With lots of request, they give their staff room to sleep and gave guest room next day at 6 30 am

I paid extra charges, i already talked to the customer care but he didn’t able to do anything , very bad service by make my trip

Veer bad experience. No breakfast n dinning facility in hotel. Bad condition rooms n toilet. No space even for walk or stand in room

They charged me additional 430 rupees for an already booked room. I need to talk to customer care

No breakfast will be given if you book breakfast

Main thing the staff is very nice and polite well attain-ted i liked stay over there few drawbacks related with hygiene and plumbing issues but this rate you can not get 5* facilities

Shortcomes are everywhere if go for them you won't be that satisfied but it's manageable it depends on you. Although it's not that bad that you can't stay here

Cleanliness and hygiene was not maintained, the lenin was very terrible, it was like they never wash them

My stay there was fine but i faced some trouble because of staff's communication gap.

I was there for a short trip. Hotel was clean and staff was very courteous. They provided prompt service to all the needs. Room are decent with ac, wifi and tv. Hotel is located in the prime saket nagar area, near aiims. Another good thing about the hotel is that restaurant is attached and you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner without needing to go far. Overall hotel was very much worth the price and i would highly recommend to anybody looking for a stay in the area.
