Hotel O Bigas

The behavior of the hotel staff was very bad, asking for more money when i had prepayment, but still asking for more money separately, for not giving it, i was rudely kicked out.

Very bad hotel having no cleanliness, toilets were stinking. Doors were broken. Door lock was broken. Very terrible experience.

Worst service at hotel. Denied prepaid booking at checkin. Demands extra money for checkin. Poor service & bad hotel. Never stay here in life

We stayed for 4 days. Room cleaning was not done for 2 days until we asked several times to clean the room and change the bedsheets. Soap, shampoo not refilled daily until we asked after 2 days, towel also not changed. Ac was not cooling properly. Landline to call reception was not in working condition. I went with family and in nearby rooms so much hungama daroo party was happening. No lift is there. We had so much luggage so it was difficult to carry on 1st floor. Not worth money
