Food is good, location inside market is easily accessible, staff is cooperative.

The location is very good as is centrally located. The rooms are very clean, fresh and spacious. Overall excellent experience.

Room was ok, staff was good and price is also low but bed, bathroom need serious makeover. Else within the price offered you can say it's ok for one night, and yes breakfast is something they need to improve.

A very good option in Siliguri, have every basic amenity and friendly staff.

I usually stay in this hotel for my business trips to Siliguri. The room size is good for even couples/family. Rooms are cleaned daily. Room has a electric kettle with tea, sugar, milk sachets. Room has a pair of slippers. Ac is good. Washroom has geyser and clean. Location is very convenient. Easy access.Hotel has a lift. Complimentary breakfast is not buffet but served in room. One has very few choices. But the quantity and items are more than enough considering the fact that this is a budget hotel. Staff behaviour is good and its a safe place to stay for single woman/family. Overall a great hotel and recommended to fellow travellers.

The room Non-AC family room (2 King Size bed) was very spacious. Room and bathroom were clean. We requested for early check-in as we reached Siliguri at 8AM, Manager allowed us to check in with nominal extra charges as Room was available. Room service food was good. Location is also prime, only problem is the smell from the Chicken Market when you step out of the Hotel. But that hardly adds any negative points to the Hotel.

Not available ac family room(3 adult,1 children) and room is not clean and in surrounding very noise pollution.

The room was good and clean but not value for money as it was very small and the TV was not recharged.

It was a one night stay with family. Nice , clean, hygienic and budget friendly hotel located in the main market area.

First of all,I want to tell that food survice was good. Room was also good, all facility of room was almost proper.

Hotel room condition was excellent but breakfast offered not up to the mark. The hotel location was inside the Fish market. Which was dirty. We wanted to order dinner but that day it was not available.

service thik hai but location koi khas nah hai.... water giser kam nahi kar raha tha... room kafi saaf tha.....
